Fresh and Healthy Detox Soup!

So this means that now is the ideal time to start a spring body detox in order to feel better, lighter and cleaner.

There are a lot of nutritionists that can offer you a quality body detox plan. Unfortunately, not everyone is able to keep up with the 7 days detox diets that most of them recommend. However, don’t forget that every single small meal that detoxifies can also do wonders to your body. That’s why we decided to present you our most simple, easiest and quickest way to detox your body with just one meal. And guess what- it is tasty as well!

Let us present you the raw detox spinach soup that is very easy to make and it’s healthy and tasty to the max.

You will need:
• 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
• 1 avocado, peeled and cut into chunks
• 1 cup purified water
• ½ lemon juice
• 1 celery stalk
• ½ cup fresh broccoli florets
• 1 small onion, finely diced
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 inch ginger piece, peeled
• ¼ teaspoon sea salt (optional)
• Freshly ground black pepper
• Mixed seeds, to garnish

Instructions:
Add all the ingredients mentioned above into a blender and mix until you get a creamy soup. Serve into 2 bowls and add the mixed seeds to garnish.
